How We Will Select the Committee

Committee members will be selected based on clear, objective criteria — not on personal familiarity or influence. Every interested member will go through this process:

Self-Nomination — only those genuinely interested need to fill the form
Self-Declaration — any conflict of interest or relationship must be honestly disclosed
A neutral screening panel of respected elders prepares the shortlist
The shortlist is made public, with time allowed for objections
Final approval is given openly, in front of the full community at the meeting

Regional representation, age balance, and women's representation will also be considered in the final list. Committee term: 2 years.
